GEGO 2012: Car Boot Sales Registration

GEGO 2012 is organized by JOHO and supported by Perbadanan Pengangkutan Awam Iskandar Malaysia in conjunction with the 9th JB Arts Festival.

GEGO 2012 will take place at Bangunan Sultan Ibrahim, Bukit Timbalan, Johor Bahru starting from 11:30 in the morning till end. The entrance fee is RM10. Be the first 5000 to come and you will get an exclusive GEGO 2012 lanyard.

 

For those who wants to register for the GEGO 2012 Car Boot Sale (as a car boot seller), please send us an email to johobaru@joho.my with CBS as it's title. Upon receiving your email, we will send you the registration form. Please take note that we will do selections of booters to ensure that what you are selling are relevant for the event.

JOHO Car Boot Sale: Kotak Muzik - The booters

Everyone is invited to come to Dataran Bandaraya Johor Bahru this Saturday for Kotak Muzik event that is proudly brought to you by Perbadanan Pengangkutan Awam Iskandar Malaysia (PPAIM) with the help of JOHO. 

JOHO Car Boot Sale will take place from 11am to 7pm on that day. There will also be a showcase featuring Fahrin Ahmad, Shila Amzah, Pesawat, Statik and Medinee in the evening.

JOHO Car Boot Sale: Get Up Kluang

JOHO brings you another Car Boot Sale and this time we are doing it in conjunction with Get Up Kluang. Car Boot Sales is an event that JOHO organized for the people of Johor in general and the community of JOHO in particular. Like the name suggested, the sales are done with cars lining up and use their car boot to display the merchandises they want to sell from DIY products to their own clothing line brands. We expected at least 50 car booters on that day so you know there are plenty to look and shop for!

The city of Johor Bahru or in particular the IMIC Danga Bay will be very happening this coming Saturday on March 3, 2012 because that is where the highly anticipated #twtupJohor will be held from 2pm to 10pm. The event is brought to you by Twitterjaya and co-organized by JOHO and supported by IMIC Danga Bay. 1MalaysiaTV is the official internet TV partner for #twtupJohor.


Those who have Twitter account might have seen the hashtag and even participate in the hype. However for those without Twitter account might be wondering what does #twtupJohor means. #twtupJohor (pronounced as "tweet up Johor") is a meet up for Johorean who are connected through Twitter.

#twtupJohor will be different from the other #twtup simply because it is made by Johorean for Johorean. We all know how cool and awesome we are, right? There will be few performers that will come down to entertain us all including Natasha Hudson. JOHO has a new venue for our monthly Car Boot Sales which is Laman Tun Sri Lanang thanks to the support from Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru and Metro Parking. We had our July edition of Car Boot Sales there which took place on 10th July 2011.
