Fesyen Gerek: Car Boot Sale June 2011
As usual, our photographers hunted down fashionista during our Car Boot Sale May 2011 that took place on June 11, 2011 at JOHO Concept Store and Lost Malaya. We called this segment as Fesyen Gerek where we pay tribute to the stylist JOHO lovers who came and support our monthly event. Without further ado, here they are.

Spray & Paint and Fixie Gathering
In conjunction with Spray & Paint and Fixie Gathering on 25th June 2011, JOHO once again calling out to you guys for another gathering. The main event are the graffiti demo by the Super Sunday, gathering of fixed bike riders and the soft launch of Grip Reaper. There are also Book Donation Campaign that is organized by Perpustakaan Sultan Ismail in conjunction with the "Jom ke Perpustakaan" that will take place on 26 June 2011 at the library.
And of course, we are bringing you the Car Boot Sale as well. Car Boot Sale is an event that JOHO organized for the people of Johor in general and the community of JOHO in particular. It usually takes place every first Saturday of the month. Like the name suggested, the sales are done with cars lining up and use their car boot to display the merchandises they want to sell from DIY products to their own clothing line brands.
The details of the upcoming Car Boot Sale are as follows:

Tee JOHO #05
After almost a year has passed since we last produced tee #03 and #04 for JOHO lovers. The wait is now over. JOHO would like to introduce you guys to our latest collection. If you attended our Car Boot Sale last Saturday, you would have seen the tee for yourself and you would know why this one is a must have collection for all JOHO lovers.
Please take note that the tee is not ready stock but we are now officially opening online orders for those who are interested. Tee JOHO #05 is available for both female and male sizes (from S to XXXXL) and is priced at RM40 per piece. The numbers for first edition print are limited so we will do this in first come first serve basis.

Online order for JOHO merchandises
Untuk korang yang dah pernah beli online dengan JOHO, korang mesti dah tau prosedurnya kan? Untuk yang tak begitu arif, ini adalah caranya:
- Hantar email kepada kami di johobaru@joho.my
- Sertakan nama penuh korang, alamat dan contact number.
- Sertakan sekali baju/barang mana yang korang nak beli, kuantiti, size dan/atau warna apa (jika perlu)
- Lepas tu tunggu maklum balas dari pihak JOHO untuk langkah seterusnya (2 hari bekerja).
Korang yang duduk merantau dan yang inginkan baju tee JOHO dipersilakanlah hantar email kepada kami untuk beli secara online. Ketika ini baju yang sedia ada stok ialah
Harga pos untuk satu tee is RM5 manakala untuk hoodie pulak RM10 sehelai. Kami menggunakan perkhidmatan Pos Express atau juga Pos Laju. Selepas kami hantar pos, kitorang akan maklumkan kepada korang nombor tracking untuk pos tersebut.
For those who have bought tees from JOHO through online, you guys must have known about all the procedures, right? But for those who are still not too sure how it is done, here are the procedures:
- Send an email to johobaru@joho.my
- Please include your full name, mailing address and contact number
- For the order, include which tee you want to purchase, the quantity, the size and/or the color of the tee.
- Then just wait for further instructions from JOHO (2 working days)
At the moment, the ready stock tees are:
Postage fee for one tee is RM5 and RM10 for each hoodie. We are using Pos Express or Pos Laju for every transaction. Once we have sent out the tee, we will notify you of the tracking number for the postage.

Captured: Pesta Keroncong Johor 2011
Pesta Keroncong Johor 2011 telah diadakan selama tiga hari bermula dari 27hb Mei hingga hari kemuncak 29hb Mei di Stadium Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru bermula pada pukul 8 malam. Seperti yang dijanjikan, JOHO berada di sana untuk turut sama memeriahkan pesta tersebut. JOHO ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada warga JOHO yang hadir pada malam itu. Sama-sama kita memperingati serta mengenal muzik keroncong sebagai salah satu dari budaya kita.
Kita telah buktikan kepada Johor yang anak muda negeri ini tidak tuli. Kami mahu ambil peduli :)
