GEGO 2011: The Next Wave

As you have probably heard by now, JOHO is honored to bring to you guys GEGO once again. If you missed it the last time, make sure you won't miss it again this year.


GEGO 2011: The Next Wave is in conjunction with the 8th JB Art Festival. GEGO 2011 will take place on the 8th of July 2011 (Friday, afdal) from 3pm onwards and will last till midnight. And just like last year, GEGO will once again 'gego' Bukit Timbalan, Johor Bahru as that is where we will gather for a day to celebrate our arts, culture and heritage in the most relevant way to the youth.

We have a lot of activities planned out for you guys. Here are the tentative plan for that day:

- Car Boot Sales
- Exhibitions and Gallery
- Lifestyle Booth featuring longboard, fixed bike, surfing group etc
- Longboard and Skateboard Demo/Gatherings
- Open Mic session
- Unplugged performance by Plague of Happiness
- Liga Belon Acah
- DJ Set
- Concert GEGO

So bring along your inline skates, bikes, skateboard, longboard etc to the event and makes it merrier. Remember, GEGO 2011 is for you guys so if you guys aren't willing to participate then we might as well sit at home and watch rubbish on TV :)
